Autoclave – Horizontal High Pressure Cylindrical Steam Sterilizer – Triple walled with steam jacket and separate boiler
Works on the principle that microbiological action of saturated steam at elevated temperatures is very rapid, and are based on the most economical procedures of obtaining sterilization of downward displacement of air.
For extensive & regular use in medical, agricultural, pharmaceutical institutions, industries etc. for sterilizing hospital dressings, linen, rubber, plastic goods, surgical instruments, utensils, glassware etc.
Construction :
material, linen, rubber, plastic material by means of saturated steam under pressure of 15 to 20 psi. Dome shaped stainless steel lid is provided which seals with neoprene jointless gasket. The lid is tightened to the body when closed. The working pressure is 1.1 to 1.2kg/cm2 (15-18psi).
Portable Autoclave is made of stainless steel (304 grade) deep drawn to cylindrical shape. The seamless construction allows no bacterial residue & free from dirt accumulation. It is equipped with dial pressure gauge, two dead weight type safety valve, steam release valve & water release valve. High quality bakelite & rubber grips are fitted for easy portability. It is hydraulically tested, at twice the working pressure. It is fitted with quality element heater. Suitable to work on 220/230 Volt, Single phase, AC supply.
