The three types of clarifier mechanism we offer are primary tank, secondary tanks and tertiary tanks. Clarifier mechanism is being provided at highly competitive prices and have the following features:
Primary Tank
The primary process is highly effective as approximately 65% of organic solids and 35% of the BOD in the sewage is removed by it. The liquid goes through an aeration and or bio filtration process from the primary settling tank before entering the secondary tank.
Secondary Tank
The secondary sedimentation follows the primary settling phase and the biological treatment stage. This process is about separating mixed liquid suspended solids (MLSS) or humus sludge from the purified effluent stream. The secondary tanks may be fitted with scraper blades as for primary tanks or can be of the suction tube. Secondary mechanisms are also normally fitted with scum skimming systems.
Tertiary Tank
The tertiary tanks may be fitted with any of the above scraper types or simple sweeper chains. Moreover, the scum skimming is usually omitted.
