Hoisting gears : Helical gear train for high reliability and torque reliability.
Hoist Motor : Sturdy crane duty motors are used in LINKS WIRE ROPE HOIST.
Brake : Electromagnetic disc brake features automatic braking in the event of power failure.
Rope Guide : We are using mild steel rope guide for guiding the wire rope; it is strong and accurate.
Bottom Block : Long service live and high safety levels are outstanding features of resilient a anealed steel rollers with machine rope grooves and forged hook.
Cross travel trolley : Hoist trolley are fitted with four flanged wheels; 2 geared and 2 non geared. The cross travel gear box has worm and worm wheel design.
Limit switch : We use hoisting limit switches for Hoist and Wire rope protection cross travel and long travel limit switches are optional.
Wire rope : We use Usha Martin wire rope.
Rope drum : We use heavy thickness seamless Pipe and tested material for Rope Drum. High Pruision machining of the wire rope seats on the drum.
Electricals : We have a separate division for panel making, A dedicated team of engineers are always working on the panels ; We use Tc, Schinder contractors, control voltage 24, volts / 48 volts /110 volts can be provided. Variable frequency drives can be given ; they are not standard fitment but can be given. We also manufacture flame proof panels for Flame proof cranes and other application too.
