• Master Patch NS is a high performance epoxy resin based structure pair system that provides a smooth finish to the repair areas. Perma Master Patch-NS is a two component product based one epoxy Base and Hardener which needs only on addition of Quartz D Mill PO-Mill or silica flour to produce a non slump paste which is used for repair in beam and column edges and spread/ honey combed concrete

DIRECTION FOR USE

Surface Preparation:

with a epoxy resin systems.surface preparation is of prime importance. For concrete surfaces, remove a grease, oil, dust laitence etc. Ensure substrate to receive the screed is sound, cut back to sound surface wherever necessary.

Priming:

Remove dust and ensure the surface is dry. Prime with Master Prime-CN/Master Bond

Mixing:

Mixing a suitable pan type of a mixer consisting of 720 gms Base and 230 gms of React or components and to this add and mix 2 Kg quartz ban mill powder and quartz and 30 180 in 1:1 proportion. Mixing a suitable pan type of a mixer

Application:

Master Patch NS mortar thus prepared Ioo~ like as tiff paste. Apply them mixed Master Patch Ns mortar on to the primed surface while it is still tacky, and feather edge it to restore the original shape of the structural member.

COVERAGE

A mix of 1 kg of base & reactor with 2 Kgs of quartz mix (i.e.1 kg of ball mill powder and 1 kg of 30180 Quartz sand) gives a epoxy non slump mortar 1.5 Iitres.This covers an area of about 5 Sq. ft. if applied to a thickness of 3 mm.

HEALTH AND SAFETY

Epoxy products generally cause irritation to the skin.Use of hand gloves by the workers is advised.  Upon completion of day's work all the packing materials should be burnt and buried.

PACKING

Master Patch NS is supplied in 250 gms and 1 kg pre weighed units.

SHELF LIFE

6 mths from the date of manufacturers.
